Papayas to the Moon

The papaya went to the Moon on Elon Musk's SpaceX. America invited its artist to the 250th birthday. Now the coin follows the fruit. $PAPAYAS.

Transmission 02 / 09 The lore

The papaya landed. The coin follows.

This actually happened. In February 2024, Alejandro Glatt's Papayas to the Moon launched on Elon Musk's SpaceX Falcon 9 and landed with the first American lunar mission since 1972. Chosen from 222 artists worldwide for the first art museum on the Moon. Two months later it hung in the Louvre.

Now America calls. Glatt is an invited artist at the nation's 250th anniversary in Washington D.C., July 2026, with official NASA events on the program. The papaya went up. $PAPAYAS goes next.

The thesis: moonproof lore, culture, community. 384,400 kilometers, already traveled.

Most coins promise the moon. This one has coordinates.

The papaya flew 384,400 km. It survived a rocket, a lander, and the Louvre. Then Washington called. Just a true story that already left the planet.
